"Disability does not mean inability. It simply means adaptability."
Who we are We are at your service
My journey in Oriental Arts began as a teenager with the practice of Judo at the Borgo Prati Society in Rome. After many years of practice and competition, I had the encounter that changed my life, the one with Master Cesare Barioli. In addition to greatly changing my vision of Judo, I also came into contact with worlds and realities until then unknown or little known, such as the world of people with mental disabilities and, at the time, in particular with Down syndrome youth. I gained many years of experience practicing Judo with these young people around Italy. Meanwhile, my passion for Kundalini Yoga was born, brought and taught by Master Yogi Bhajan. Completely immersed in these experiences, I discovered Tai Chi Chuan and my thirst for practice and knowledge was not quenched. I opened the Narabi Center and later the EUROPEAN INSTITUTE of Kundalini Yoga, which later became The Circle and the Water. In 2022, the Kimochi Center was founded, which replaced the previous two (not Narabi, which is still active). In 2003, I began collaborating with some Cooperatives that manage CSE (Socio-Educational Centers) that welcome girls and boys with various disabilities. I opened a workshop where I taught a bit of Yoga and a bit of Tai Chi but, working in the field, I realized that something more easily practicable and understandable was needed for them. Thus, after years of practice and study, the Shen Yoga Method was born, recognized in 2013 as a School and therefore authorized to offer training courses for Shen Yoga Operators.
