Lo Shen Yoga is divided into two different applications:
 ACTIVE SHEN YOGA for people with disabilities who are able to move their own body, following the teacher's instructions
 PASSIVE SHEN YOGA for people with disabilities who are unable to manage their own body independently, requiring the assistance of an operator

Instructor in Preventive Adapted Yoga Gymnastics 50 h
Course aimed at instructors working with practitioners with disabilities and is reserved exclusively for instructors already qualified in the disciplines of: Yoga Gymnastics, Martial Arts, or Pilates.
THE COURSE:   Through exercise techniques, both active and passive, breathing and relaxation, the practitioner is prepared for improvement on a physical, mental, and energetic level. The program for this course is inspired by the "Shen Yoga" method created by Master Sergio Olivieri-GuruCharanjit Singh, to extend the benefits of yogic science, in particular Kundalini Yoga and Tai Chi Chuan, even to those who are unable to practice independently, specifically for people with mental and physical disabilities but also for people with issues that prevent normal physical activity.
PROGRAM:
- Historical notes on Yoga and specifically on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. The classical schools of Yoga. Prana. Breathing in Yoga. Some Yoga Asanas with particular reference to Kundalini Yoga. Yoga meditation. Historical notes on Tai Chi Chuan. The schools of Tai Chi Chuan. CH’I, perception and use. The 18 Therapies. Qi Gong. The Eight Pieces of Brocade exercise. Tai Chi Chuan meditation. The Meridians, the energy channels.
- Shen Yoga. The Techniques. The instructor's postures during the Shen Yoga session. The instructor's correct breathing. The importance of the body-mind-heart connection and the relationship between instructor and person with disabilities. The right concentration. The importance of relaxation. The figure of the Shen Yoga instructor. Where their work fits in.
- Elements of anatomy and physiology. Joint physiology. The various types of disabilities. Elements of Psychology. Psychology applied to disability. Elements of sociology.   The course is structured in 6 total meetings held monthly, lasting 6-8 hours each, and a final meeting of 4 hours plus the exam. Each meeting will take place both in person and online via Zoom. Each meeting will be held from 9 am to 6 pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm.   2025 CALENDAR   21 September   26 October   30 November   21 December   25 January 2026   15 February 2026    1 March 2026. Final exam   PARTICIPATION FEE   500 Euro including the National Diploma and the technical card with registration in the national register of C.S.E.N. technicians.   Payment options: half upon registration and half by 31 October 2025.   IT IS DECLARED THAT AT THE END OF THE TRAINING COURSE AND AFTER PASSING THE FINAL EXAMS, ASD NARABI WILL REQUEST, BY PRESENTING THE ACCREDITATION CODE, THE NATIONAL DIPLOMA AND C.S.E.N. The students follow the teacher's instructions independently. They perform the movements without the help of the operator
